I just sat in on the webinar this last hour with Mark and Cloe. I had sent in a question that wasn’t really answered and you said you would answer it within the next 24hrs. My question was about helping me to find my focus in life. I’m an Eng. teacher, interpreter, translator and doing Eng. narrations (recordings) for companies and schools. I’m also a Mary Kay beauty consultant here in Brasil but my background is that I was a missionary for almost 24 years. I have worked in counseling for decades and I love everything you guys do as it’s helping me in my work. I end up continuing to be that person that people open up to, ask for pray and guidance about their personal and spiritual lives. That’s me, but I’m such a multi-tasker. I’m a workaholic as I have 9 kids (youngest 17) who have all moved back to my home town of Seattle, WA. I feel like a jack of all trades and a master of none and work such long hours cause we’re still supporting 3 of our kids from here. My husband is basically unemployed and feels absolutely terrible about it. He says that everything I do turns to gold and works out but every attempt he makes with new jobs or project never work out. His self-esteem is very low and feeling totally inadequate as a man and provider for his family. This makes me feel bad for him but I also have to be really touch to work so long and hard. I just don’t know how long I can handle being the strong one. Your talk to the lady about learning the power of vulnerability spoke to me quite a bit but I feel there’s more. He needs to feel significance, I know and I try to show him that but I feel I’ve become the man in the house and him the woman. Ya know what I mean. I get tired of this but he’s really such a wonderful man and the best father there is and I do love him and he loves me to bits but I don’t know how to help him and turn things around. He keeps saying there must be something wrong with himself that nothing ever works out. He’s a talented salesman and good with people but financially he doesn’t seem to be able to bring in any money. Help!!!
